What do I do if a required vaccine dose is not found in my vaccine history query? Where can I find the TrackMy VeriVax User Guides? How do I manually add a vaccine dose to TrackMy? What if I am vaccinated elsewhere? What if I have been vaccinated under different names?

How do I edit my personal information?

To edit your profile information:


  1. In your TrackMy VeriVax portal, click your name in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select My Profile from the dropdown. 


    Note: Some profile information is required and may not be removed.
