How do I view the status of my self reported vaccinations?

• Select the vaccines tile from your TrackMy homepage. 

• Click [+] next to the relevant vaccination to view the approval status of a vaccine dose.

After you manually upload your vaccination, your organization will review it. While your vaccine dose is awaiting review, your Status will be “Pending.” You may receive communication from your organization or TrackMy regarding the status of your self reported vaccine.
The final status for the dose will show in your “Vaccines” dashboard.
The following are possible Status results and what they mean:

• Pending: Your self-reported dose is awaiting review.
• Dose Validated: Your self-reported dose is approved and contributes to your compliance.
• Unvalidated or Failed Validation: Your self-reported dose is not approved. Hover over the red circled explanation point under 

“Failed Validation” for an explanation.

 

• Verified: Verified vaccine records have been pulled in directly from TrackMy’s state registry search.
